We look for protecting the quality in every production step of our production chain.
ORDER’S RECEPTION
Every order sent by our Customers is treated in a unique and personalized way. We analyze every detail, every single aspect of the order, options, special sizes or accessories.
We take into account the back files of every customer, in order to know their tastes and details of every single client.
Once every detail is clear, the order is treated into our informatics system and the production stage starts.
RAW MATERIALS
This is one of the most important matters for a right production process. One of the reasons why our manufacturing is recognized as flexible and adaptable to every customer’s taste is due to the care with which we realize this choice.
In a first place, we order the production of wood frames. Concerning standard models, we work with the regular stock available in our warehouse. Concerning special productions, special sizes for sofas or customized models, we realize a study of the modifications to be done so to order frames in accordance.
Secondly, we order foams and feather mixture fillings. Their dimensions and standards will also be in accordance to the order.
Once frames are made, they are varnished and color and finish checked to be exactly as choosed by customer.
Other materials: spring resorts, mechanisms, nails and others are ordered according to our minimum stock rules.
COM FABRICS AND FABRICS RECEPTION
The fabric’s reception and its labeling according to every order is realized immediately in order to inform our customers when requests, that production has started.
Also a general check of the fabrics good state and correct meterage is done, on fabrics, faux leathers or leathers.
CUT OF FABRICS
Our highly qualified staff cuts fabrics according to patterns, always considering the type of material and later process of sewing and upholstering.
This process is basic for the rest of the production not to have problems, even more when it takes to special productions.
COVERS
All covers for cushions are over locked in order to avoid threats going out or fabrics opening, depending on its construction.
SEWING
Our professional upholsterers are responsible for realizing this job that affect directly in the final look of our products.
This is a reel artisanal job in which our tailors helped with last generation machines prepare fabrics ready to upholster a product.
UPHOLSTERY
This is the moment on which we appreciate the real art of upholstery. Our upholsterers take care of the minimum detail following the techniques that have always been into the policy of Manuel Larraga.
They are highly qualified handcrafters with long experience and teaching, and control and know all the secrets of this antique handcraft job.
CONTROL OF GOODS
Once the product is finished, we control that everything has been done according to Customer’s order and requests.
PACKAGING AND LOADING
We realize the packaging and the loading is done according to the transport that is going to be used. Some days later, our customer will receive his order on the destination point.
